Description

south of Page,AZ please read below my ordeal to take this picture 15mm Canon fisheye lens I took free hand above my head with arms extended to avoid the cliff I was very nervous because of a lightning storm just to the south on the mountain not far away. when I was leaving there were parents bringing babies down there in a high volatile situation with lightning and hail less than a mile away. when I got to the crest of the mountain I was hit with a wall of rain/hail that was so intense the wipers could not handle it. about then the windshield was fogging up. I was trying to get the defroster going without taking my eyes off the road. however the road was covered with hail and my 4Runner started sliding around. I was actually on the wrong side of the highway but I was able to return to the proper lane before having a wreck. I was nervous as hell and glad to have drove out of the storm. I could not see to pull off the highway
