Description

A new General has been assigned to the Archimedes Watson project. He recently got promoted and is out to make a name for himself. He hasn't gotten to the top by being nice and he isn't the least bit afraid to walk over anybody or thing that gets in the way of his career objectives. After reading the briefing on the Watson project, he calls a special meeting of his staff to hear what they think of it. The previous commanding officer had allowed Archimedes and his team a pretty free hand feeling that would produce the results the military wanted faster than having someone breathing down their necks demanding useless updates all the time which he knew impeded the progress of any research and development program. But, he was old enough to retire and felt he wanted to spend some quality time with his family. This new General was a hands on kind. He felt that what he didn't know wasn't worth knowing. After reviewing the latest report from the Watson group and listening to his aides, he blew up! He was disgusted that so much time was being spent and nothing was being shown for it. At least nothing that he felt was worthwhile. 'What is the meaning of that mealy mouthed little pipsqueak thinking he can take his sweet little time working on this project while we have a million and one other more important programs that could certainly use the money we are pouring into this one and put it to much better use? I want us to get over to that lab first thing in the morning and do a full scale inspection of the premises! If I don't like what I see, we will shut it down and lock down everything these morons have done so far and put it away in storage so deep, even god will never find it!' Of course, this General had a few pet projects of his own that he wanted funded. Some of his patrons who had assisted him with his promotions along the way would want to be paid back and he didn't care where he got the money for them. What is that old saying about power? M4 and LoRez characters. Rendered in Poser 9. Post work in Photoshop 7. Thank you for taking a peek! Your support is greatly appreciated!
