Description

Richard (Richardphotos) asked on a recent image comment whether I still had my Cavalier King Charles Spaniels or not. I had 5 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels (one mom and four daughters) for going on 20 years. You can see a 2008 image of all four daughters here: (sorry - I don't remember how to add link codes any more) http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1617997&np You can see an image of Guinavere, also in 2008, who was Crystabelle's closest sister and best buddy here: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1621271&user_id=84622&page=12&member&np I dug through my box of CD's to find a couple of older images. My last and best Cavvie died in Dec. of 2012, so I have no pets at this time. On the left side of the image is Crystabelle when she was about 5 years old. On the right side of the image is Crystabelle when she was 15 years old a couple of months before she died. Crysta had a myriad of problems, deafness, blindness, dementia, incontinence, frequent gastro and UTI's, seizures and strokes, needing 24/7 care. She was my favorite of all of them, and my lifetime favorite of all the many pets I that I have had. I keep my moniker and profile image of her in her honor. This will zoom as I made it large enough for both images. Thanks very much for looking and for your kind comments.

Very beautiful photos and memories. She was a beauty, and I think, 15 years is a good age for a dog. It's always a great loss when a beloved pet dies.

Amazing captures of your beloved animals. I heard that 1 animal year equals 7 human years. if you consider that Crystabelle reache a human age of 105. Memories that you will surely not forget easily. God bless.

a lady I worked for had one and she was the sweetest dog. always wanting me to stop working and play with her. you must have mentioned before about losing your last one, but I forgot it. I apologize for being short of memory. I tell people that the only thing I remember for sure is if someone owes me money!!

Splendid sepia-like montage and narration on this poignant bit of memory in re your pretty spaniels, Maria. Unfair that they pass on so soon.
