Description

*LOL* I'm quite sure this translation is gibberish, the original title reads "Es klappert die Muehle am rauschenden Bach" and is an old german folk song. As you can easily see, this old mill in a village nearby is still in use and generates a good amount of electricity for the natives 8=) Greetz, Bodo

Es knattert die Mühle am rauschen Bach, bei Tag und Nacht ist der Müller stets wach. Das alte Kinderlied kam mir sofort in den Sinn als ich dein wunderschönes Foto von der alten Wassermühle sah.

What I got is "Eine Mühle an einem plätschernden Bach", "A mill beside a babbling brook". What a wonderful old building and a terrific image. You preserve your history, we tear ours down.

Oh my God....my mother had that song on an old record and it was one of my favorite songs as a very small child. Back then I could sing every word, but not anymore. Wonderful image and instant fave. Thanks for the pleasant memories!

Das ist ja wirklich ein super fotogener Ort, solche Wassermühlen sind hier kaum noch zu finden und wenn, dann sind sie meistens renoviert. Die hier sieht noch so richtig schön und altertümlich aus. Klasse Foto, super Perspektive, Farben und Details. :o)
