After the General and his aids leave the lab, Archie, Skylar and Reed quickly put things back in order in the other areas of the lab. Archie brings his gang back and they beef up the security with triple redundancy to guard against unwanted intruders. Skylar and Reed stay at the lab and assist any way they can. Archie is glad to have the company. His botcydroid creations provide a fine level of company, but nothing yet can compare to the interchange between human minds, no matter how sophisticated his creations are getting. Perhaps some day, just not quite yet. A few days later, after they have done all they can think, Archie invites Skylar and Reed to come with them to inspect the Moon base. They are overjoyed at the invite and readily accept! The blue robots under the programming of Archie's gang have worked wonders in assembling the base and its first interior building. All the equipment they moved there has been set up and is in working order. The place is well laid out and totally functional. Once Archie and his gang and Skylar and Reed pass through the dimensional shift doorway, they can feel the change in atmosphere and general feel of their environment. One thing they all feel is the intense quiet. None of the constant sounds generated by earth are here. It is almost eerie but also very wonderful! Archie leads Skylar and Reed over to one of the base's windows where they have an incredible view of earth. All three of them are awestruck, since, after all, this is Archie's first trip to the moon as well. They all exclaim to each other what an amazing feat has been accomplished with Archie and his gang's research discoveries. 'We can't trust the military with this!' exclaims Reed. 'You know what they will use it for!' They all agree and have a most analytical discussion about what to do. The rest of Archie's gang join them in brainstorming ways to keep their secret from the wrong hands. Finally, they decide on a course of action. M4 characters. Rendered in Poser 9.
