The Ussé castle is one of the "châteaux de la Loire", in France, even if the river at its feet is the Indre (which goes to the Loire).
30 km west from Tours; it belongs to private people (noble).
It is also called "the Sleeping Beauty" castle (Charles Perrault took inspiration in it).
Different parts were built and rebuilt at different centuries (as usual).

C'est un beau château en effet! Pour ce qui est de l'entretien, je n'aurais pas les moyens! Donc, contentons-nous de rêver!

Jolie photo au grand angle! Cela me rappelle le château d'Azay-le-Rideau (Indre et Loire). Heureusement pour moi je n'en ai pas l'entretien.
