I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

Great work!! I just love these mag cover you and Steve make... I hope some day to make one, though not as good as yours... I for one may not go for V7... hey V6 only came out a short while ago!... now They got V7?!... I don't have either one, I still like V4... besides how would I be able to make my girls with them. I kind of noticing that DAZ is starting to make the new character only work with DAZ studio... and if you want to use them with Poser you have to jump through all kinds of hops. so I guess I'll just stick with V4 for now!! Have a good one!

Lovely work on his one Rod You show off Li'l Sis's and Rob's creations fabulously. As for V7 crickey they are sure pushing the $$$$ thing at Daz what V6 been out 6 months and all them what spent $$ on that must be cuzzing Daz and yeah noticed things are getting less and less poser friendly also. Soon there will be no support for poser. It surprises me that Smith Micro haven't got better programmers making figures like V4/V7 than what they have. Oh well I for one haven't got the money to keep up with all the new stuff so I wont be getting her any time soon, unless I win the lottery lol. I really need to sort out poser and Daz that keep crashing all the time sends me loco, just about to give the whole lot up and find a new hobby, wife says I should play runescape like she has been for the past 10 - 15 yrs lol, not that I get a lot of time for hobbies now a days anyway.

I canceled my club membership several months ago, as many items were just worthless for my use. I am sticking with V4 as I have too many products for her. superb composition on this very exciting scene

Great magazine cover, Rod I've actually received a questionnaire from Rendo asking why I wasn't buying any product I'm just waiting for DAZ to ask me the same

Beautiful action cover page art, RodS-san!

I'm a little envious of you folks who are able to operate these 3D "elements" and fashion them into book covers and other amazing images. That said, my talents are currently required for lawn manicure, electrical solutions for older houses and family support, so I have enough side interests to keep quite busy. Maybe one day I will have time enough to try my hand with something new... meanwhile I watch and learn from you, and appreciate your efforts and posting.

Rod, you did an outstanding job on this ultra cool dedication.

Love the cover. Don't appreciate DAZ coming out with V7 pretty much on the heels of Gen 2. Like many, V4 is my most useful figure.

Fabulous cover art! One of these magazines should contact you for advice. As for V7 . . .why debut a whole new version when the V6 isn't even fully proven? If they had ways to make a better figure why not just put those ideas into the figure they had and make it V6.1 or V6.2? I am a dyed-in-the-wool Poser user and, until I can upgrade my computer, still Poser 7 so the newer versions don't really matter. I have so much invested in V4 I will be using her until Hell freezes over anyway.

wonderful cover, nice composition V7? pass, I am attempting to use G2 and to be honest not that impressed with the skin textures, the morphing ability is awesome but if the skins are cheap looking then whats the point? I am a POSER thru n thru so V4.5 n M4.0 lol

Firstly, let me just say, "take back your planet - old school". Nothing quite like a cherry red laser beam to scare away those invading three eyed aliens. Sci-fi movies have got to find their lasers again. But Victoria 7? I am and always will be a Victoria 3 guy. Always be loyal to your first I say.

Nice job, great image!!!

wow amazing work rod.yeah ute she sh**s on genesis she is working in daz 3 and she does great things with the generation 4 characters.i got the g3 but then i very rarely do closeups or portraits so wtf shall i use it lol.but everyboidy can do as he wishes this is still a democracy or am i wrong.make sure you dont use any confederate flags in your works ,and make sure you add a gay couple .and dont do any crap with oriental figures bare-assed and dont pose colored people as waiters or streetcleaners and and and and a.....................liberty will be gone soon, when we dont go with the mainstream we might get considered "suspect individuals" well let me tell you this my cuntry is still democratic (although under the dictate of the big money)lol.i still can say what i think and i dont give a shit if anyone is offended by my meaning i just say what i think if that is not pleasing well get out of my way then lol.
RodS
LOL - Right on, Bro! I've been considered a 'suspect individual' since about third grade.. LOL At least I was always the one who got blamed when the spitwads flew.... But I never did anything like that, of course.... snicker

Yes, it was a big contest :) Beautiful cover scene! For the moment, G3F stay on an external. No place for her, and no time to try her too (i use few G2M and G2F but they seems really great)
