Description

Blib and Blob take their regular coasting through the darkly place. Blib expounds on his usual topic of how the gloom ain't what it used to be whilst Blob drops a heavy bubble of despair as he thinks things have never been gloomier. Gloomiest of all is the idea that they shall most probably do this again and again. 000 CHEERS!

Nice fishes. I think they are hilarious, and looked like the Chinese dishes that I used to have, they just have that dead stare about them. This is yet another classic work you've done, congratulate yourself!!!

The background here is so incredible, Brendan! I immediately wanted to stick my hands in... LOL!! And such spooky fish.. they actually appear weighted down with their thoughts. The similarity between their eyes and the bubbles is masterful. :-)

SUPERB!!!! I see the imagery in the kind of seaweedy forestery background, the fishmen are blowing bubbles or are they smoke/water rings. I like the despair in their faces.Colors and light are also superb.

Don't quite know why I started to think about Aimee Mann's songs when I looked at this picture... But in some way they work perfectly together. I'd love to see your pictures as illustrations for her next album!

Super wierd in a Robert Lowell type of way! I love it, though I am sure it will haunt my dreams. Someone directed me to you because, apparently you also live in England like me. What county are you from? Come have a look at my gallery, I'm new to England, so i'm just getting the hang of you colours

You must have gotten the fish from a National Geographic, they kinda stick out a little too much for me but I love the backround.

The fish were painted in Photoshop from some pics of Hatchetfish, though the pics were in someother old mag colour supplement, not the National Geographic. The background is a Bryce texture. Pics imported and all rendered in Bryce. Cheers!

Another just amazing volumetric background. And as a child I had a fancy for these fish, believe it or not :) They were on the cover of one nature science encyclopaedia owned by my father.
