Description

___________________________ In this legendary tale, the extraordinary journey of a child discovering the world and its realities is an opportunity for Saint-Exupéry to get close to the essence of things and of man. Undoubtedly one of the most read books and best-known small and large. Antoine de Saint-Exupéry has often told his relatives that he had no provision for the drawing, even though he was constantly sketching figures and sketches in the margins of his writings. He lamented not being able to better satisfy her mother, applied pastel, had been so anxious to arts education of his children. In this sense, Saint-Exupéry wrote a book, 'The Little Prince'. Because the design is at the heart of the story: the little mole sketched, is a hat or a boa that ate an elephant? There was once a pilot, child, gave up a career as a painter after he realized that never in this way he would hear adults. When, much later, he met in the desert a young monarch in the golden hair, it was however immediately drawing it is: "Please, draw me a sheep .. . ". The exchange that followed confirmed his childlike intuition. Everything is said, the design is important in that it contains and requires inner wealth, not what it appears; and from there: "One sees clearly only with the heart. What is essential is invisible to the eye ".
