I suppose this model is poser. I suspect the marble pole at the back is your model. The pole I don't think was rendered in perspective. It also does not join together. If it is a poser model this sholud have been in the poser gal. Sorry for bienig a bit negative but there dosen't look like there is much Max work here????

I believe you can weld the verticies to get rid of the seam in the neck.
