Description

Seen in Dingles. I prefer not to add weight to my bags with unnecessary metals and random bling. There is enough to carry with the things I need! My daughter in law is happily addicted to bags, and often gets my son to carry them for her if they get too heavy!

Now that I'm retired, I have one bag, which I never carry. If I've got my phone in my pocket, I've got a means of communication, my calendar, a camera, internet access, all my lists, books, games, and a pedometer. That's more than I need, so why carry a bag? The only thing my phone doesn't cover is my official identification and a comb. I've reached that enviable age where I'm invisible to young people, so nobody cares if my hair is combed anyway. That doesn't stop me from looking at bags, though! There's something about leather, and the possibility of organization, that totally appeals to me. Seeing several of the same thing in different colors on a display is pretty compelling as well, so you've got my attention with this shot! :)

A striking image, the post work make them look more industrial and hi vis! Being addicted to bags sounds a terrible affliction to have. May I suggest a cure, you have to carry all the bags you own everywhere you go until you realise you only need one that's capable of carrying what you really need with you! I give this advice freely and hope it saves her lots of money in bag purchases and psychiatric help! In fact she could get rid of all the unwanted bags on ebay and even make money! If this is the case a small donation is expected! Hehe

I can't imagine spending hundreds on a designer bag. Not for me. Nice digifiddle here.

They really look beautiful and I like the fiddle too, but I have totally same meaning about bags as Tara. I always try if my pockets will do the work. I have no shoulders for carrying a bag. It always slides down. It ends up with shoulder pains, from trying to keep it there :-) I have but three bags.

Same thing with bags over here - Jo must have 30 up here in New Hampshire and another 50 in Florida. House rule - you will never see Dana carrying a pocketbook. Tara - I have seen tourists use photos on their iPhones - of their drivers license and passport ID page.

Oh I had to give this addiction up many years ago. Still love bags/purses and always have to stop and have a look/ but not purchase. I only carry a very small thingy to hold a few necessary id's and a bit of cash in my pocket. My Iphone is well hidden also---too many thieves out and about way back when and now to boot ~ What a gorgeous display Andrea and wonderful postwork. And I really have enjoyed all the nifty previous comments. Smiles.
