Open V-Dress by Lilflame. Pumps 3 by dx30 and stockings from SuperHose Infinite by Outoftouch. ambient is i13 Modern Loft. Setup and render in DAZ Studio 4.8.0.9 with Iray. Minor postwork in Photoshop CC 2015.

Nice render! what setting did you use for the DOF blur? I either have too much or none at all.
