Description

On a visit to Chatsworth House the other week I spotted this statue..and one can think up a situatiion! Chatsworth House..understatement, palace is more appropriate. is in Derbyshire. Great house , full of art treasures and beautiful garden to wander around. Certainly worth a visit.

You mean they had cellphones even back then? I see people walking around constantly in this exact position, speaking as loud as they can. Their arms never seem to tire. That said, a stellar capture of this venerable sculpture and ancient environs, Jean. And, thanks for reminding me that I have files of similar subject matter.

Hmm, i shall have to add this spot to my list of places to visit. Fun capture here. I wonder if there was more to it originally ...why his hand was in this classic (nowadays) phone position. An intrigueing piece in any case. Thanks for sharing.

Looks like Zeus is going to have to wait his turn with that earth saving emergency call! Hercules has a more important personal call! This is so funny!
