Description
It don't look like much. But for those of us who like to read the signs, this means the first signs of fall. Growing season is short here. The leaves are from my weather tree out front. First tree I know of to respond to the change in seasons. Usually, it starts to drop leaves the last week in July. It's just a bit early as I expected. Because spring was early. El Nino year, and into the winter. Means lots of rain for the west coast. But these leaves represent the very 1st of summer's end.
