The jaguar fur preset have a 1,500,000 strands value. Something like this exported as an obj would be unmanageable even on a power system. After some experimentation I exported the fur reducing the value to 250,000 and imported back to Studio parenting it to the jaguar figure. To get the fur a little bit denser I create 4 instances for the imported geometry and shift them just a little bit in the X and Z axis. Anyway, while setting up the scene I needed to hide the elements to get the viewport usable. I am glad with the result and think is a workable method to use while AlessandroAM is working on bring Iray support to LAMH.
