Remembering the Past - Them Good Old Days "Yep...this here is the same ol' house where m' pa used to take the strap to me...right up 'til I was fawteen! 'n' then, one day, I turned around 'n' I grabbed that ol' strap from 'im and whupped 'im good. That ol' man never did try to hit me ag'in! Ah, sech sweet mem'ries! Done with tha' bottle? Ready fo' 'notha be-ah?" (Bad spelling is on purpose to give a flavorful accent.) :-D

twilight zone ... I moved back near my own homestead ... and we have a nuclear power plant now, the stacks visible in the horizon ... the only thing missing is a significant other ... magnificent image!!!

One of my favorites by you. Good pose, strong story, and your usual sense of clutter helps set the scene. And the nuclear reactor and tricycle -- fascinating additions. The only thing I'm not in love with is the ground texture. It looks odd.
