It was a hot Sunday afternoon in the month of July. It was ninety four degrees in the shade in Poserville. Janet and I went to a picnic that afternoon at the park in Poserville. It was after the fireworks that we left to come home. But I had to stop off at the office to pick up some paper work for a meeting that I was going to on Monday. I unlocked the door and went inside and Janet followed me in. I told her I would only be a minute and she waited out in the secretary's office. I got my brief case and filled it with the papers that I needed and left my office. I went out to the outer office and Janet was not there. Heck now where did she go to? I left the office area and I went down the stairs to check out where Janet went. I suddenly smelled chlorine coming from an open door. It was the company pool. I heard a big splash and went to investigate in the pool area. I found Janet. She had taken off her shoes and had jumped into the pool. I walked over to the side of the pool and found her just laying on her back. The t-shirt was wet and there was an air bubble on her stomach portion of the shirt. Her eyes were closed and she new I was there. Janet told me the water was inviting after the hot weather we had doing the day. And I agreed with her.
