Description
Yes, this is another story render/illustration (as most of mine are). This was also an experiment with DOF.
This is definitely one that you want to view at full size; there is far too much detail lost in the smaller view.
11 DS Spotlights
4 DS Pointlights
1 AoA Ambient Light
1 M3, 2 M4's, 1 V4, and 6 Genesis 1's
Rendered in DS 4.7, 3Delight engine, minor postwork in Corel Photopaint.

My, such detail! I wonder how long it took to arrange, and then to render? Excellent work! :-) I can't figure why so few comments.

Hello, Setup time took me about a week in total. At times, I had two instances of DS open so that I could dress, texture, and pose the figures, then save them to a temporary folder. Then I imported them into the window with the full scene. At a certain point, it was just faster to pre-pose/save the figures for the scene and then do minor adjustments on their poses in the main window. (Don't try to render anything if you have two DS windows open though - DS will hate you! LOL) Render time actually wasn't too bad - it rendered in about an hour and a half. And that was with the final render settings (pixel samples WAY up high) and a DOF camera in use. Comments... I really do not know. My images usually only get a couple of comments. I'm used to it. :) I don't post for the comments anyway; I post because I enjoy it. If others like it enough to comment, then I'm happy they liked it. If they don't, they don't. Does not matter to me either way. :)
