Description

Trent and David have been slowly working on remodeling the house they bought in 2008. They finished the kitchen this year, and it's amazing! Bill and I went down a week or so ago to take pictures for them, and ... of course ... I took a few for my own amusement as well. :P This is the faucet for the main kitchen sink. Trent will probably kill me for blurring down the marble, but what I wanted to show you in this shot was the hardware. You can see the marble later! :P

And here I thought Steam Punk was an angry bully. Are you sure these guys don't work for NASA? This looks like something you would have found on the Space Shuttle. The blur was a good choice. It makes the hardware pop. This is beyond cool and sure to be a real conversation piece.

Trent should know by now you never leave anything the same!! Blurring the marble was a great idea because it gives that incredible faucet center stage!!

What a marvel! But, how on earth does one keep that clean? In my house that would become a source of infection rather than water! The photo is brilliant, so clever.

WOW! Yes steampunk-ish indeed. It is mighty fancy and beautiful. Glad I shall not keep it clean though :-) At first, I thought you had been at the dentist. :-P Love the way you have blured the background, Marble or not. Now he would kill me too :-)

I have a very short wish list for "stuff". Now I have to add this fantastic faucet. This is one of those creations that would make me want to cook so I could have things to clean. The company that makes these need to hire you to do their pictures to advertise. This shot would make any one want to buy it! Beautiful.

I love it, and want it myself now. Lucky T&D, their home is to die for... Fantastic shot, it really showcases this beautiful fixture!

My eye would have gone immediately to that fixture even if the marble wasn't blurred out... That is so unbelievably cool it hurts! I WANT one! What a cool faucet, and a great shot of it, Tara!
