Description

I am often 'accosted' by ex-pupils who tell me I haven't changed at all...really? they must all have rather poor sight. Anyway it is always a lovely experience. This is Jack who didn't finish his education with us but got a home tutor and did extremely well. It was great to see him so well and happy.I suppose he must be about 36 or so.

You must have made a good impression for your former student to remember and greet you. Most of my teachers were earnest but forgettable cyphers though a few stand out. A wonderful portrait, he does seem to be quite happy.
