btw this was taken at the city archive a great place to visit if ure in amsterdam and entrance is free they have computers to browse to all archives they have including photos drawings ofical documets etc. here iis the link http://beeldbank.amsterdam.nl/ . In my amiga days i offered them to make a 3d model of medieval amsterdam but they and even the amsterdam history museum were not intrested in such a thing, mind this was 20 years ago so guess they just lacked the vision.
