Hi
I'm a Graphic Designer who became interested in 3D modelling and rendering as a means to visually realise ideas, themes, scenes and creations that have always been part of my psyche for as long as I can remember.
Sometimes these images are conceived as a result of particular dreams or just spontaneous random visions, imaginings or musings.
The images invariably have a strong Surrealist influence and will often feature unusual contrasting elements and settings which can be both disturbing and humorous at the same time.
I hope you enjoy these offerings from the world of digital art that I like to call Digital Dreams!

Hey Dave thanks mate! I wish my PC was cool instead of DEAD as it died last night and I'm trying to get it up and running again. Fortunately I backed up most of my files a few weeks ago but if I lose the most recent work I've done, it's at least up on Renderosity!!

10-12 years ago had someone asked me where i lived internally i would have automatically said "desert". i always liked the idea of all that wide, open, empty space just waiting to be filled, a place of infinite possibilities, and secret life below the surface - i could wax on about my perceived interior landscape for hours, but i won't. i will say that i've come to understand within myself that i can also breathe in deep water, in the shadows and coolness, and still that infinite space exists...

Hey Giana! Thanks for sharing those personal emotions about your inner life which I think many creatives would be so happy to exist in. I know I would, but I can't say I have the emotional language to really articulate where I spend most of my inner life (somewhere in my head!!). Thanks also for taking the time to comment on my work once again in such a subtle way. Cheers Russell!
