they have cut down the expenses for building homes for sure and they allow electrical/plumbing to be ran without drilling so many holes

Well, hopefully they don't just glue them together! LOL I rarely use nails anymore, I find using those long construction screws is faster, more secure, and I don't hit my thumb with a hammer! :-D
