Nathon slowly follows the Slayer as he walks with a purpose, his arrogance getting under the Wizard’s skin. Sammy waits at the corner and hisses at the Slayer as he passes, she has seen his work first hand. She also gives Nathon a sour purr, she can see him in the shadows, a benefit of being a cat. He smiles at the quite rumble of her temper, “She will get over it.” He hopes. As time slips into the darkness, Roth pulls out a cigarette, and lights it, the smoke clouding the light from a small window. The Slayer leans on the cold dirty bricks and waits, they all wait in the shadows, each dealing with their own fears. Nathon worries about his magic, he has some charms that are made to deal with a Vacant, but there are no guaranties. Deirdra has forced her fear deep within her mind, they are not fears for herself, she fears for the little kitty. Sammy fears for them all, it is a feeling she has no control over, she really does not hate the Vampire, fingering the locket Deirdra gave her, or pawing it would be a better term for it, she purrs softy in her direction.
