BIOA few words: Ive been disabled (TB) for bulk of life. Now retired & purchased a computer three years ago (August 2002) when the word processor failed. Insisted on building it around Painter (then 7 now IX), & discovered Ultra Fractal in January 2005. Dont understand it, but thats the fun and the agony. Was always a keen amateur photographer, which mentally supported my weekend rambling. I was a member of the Regional Council of the Youth Hostels Association for a short while.
Towards the end of working life began attending various art classes and became a member of our esteemed local arts club. I regularly exhibit in their Annual Open (when the selectors allow) & nowadays resolutely enter computer art into their periodic critiques partly to overcome prejudices & to give the traditional artists some familiarity with this very different medium.
I live in Bristol UK, but am a Yorkshireman by birth.

Pluto rules transformation. It is the father of the phoenix as it rises from the ashes, the symbol of rebirth. Pluto governs the act of ultimate survival in the never-ending cycle of beginnings and endings. Pluto is a catalyst for change and metamorphosis. Another interpretation! Great image. JayR

Dare I add "Disney?" As it happens I was thinking of the ten years wait for the fly-by of our courtesy planet, of those passed and of the unknowns ahead - particularly the last, of course, but you knew that already. In Greek mythology was not Pluto known as Hades? Nasty! Anyway, thanks. Horizons always tantalise, rainbows too, I suppose.
