Description

There are barns all over The Palouse. There are red barns and grey barns, new ones and ruined ones. But there is only one barn listed in the tourist brochures, the Round Barn. You will find it south of Pullman on the road to Moscow, Idaho. When I stopped by there were two couples already there. None of us had the courage to go and knock on the door of the owner so we all took pictures from a distance.

A barn? Looks like a very expensive house. Here there would be sign indicating whether or not it was open to the public.

Now you are messing with us Mark! First with Moscow, Idaho and secondly with this round barn!!!! I'm with Bill - who could you get to reroof this place when the time comes? Imagine if it was really a home - one gigantic attic. WOW and a super photo - a must zoom!.

I have never seen such a fancy barn before. I imagine re-roofing it would be about the same as how they do the steeply angled roofs where the set up a grid they can climb on....although with this they might also need saftey ropes as well.
