Description

I've taken this pic during my last holiday in Venice. This plane was displayed at the airport. Il is a copy of Francesco Baracca's Spad XIII, Italian ace of aces during World War I. Have a nice day !

this is a very good image and tribute to Francesco Baracca. I live near this place and tho one where he died with his airplane. The think you have not write is that the symbol of his airplane " il cavallino rampante" is the same that is become the FERRARI's symbol !!

Un point de vue impressionnant pour cet avion que je ne connaissais pas, et qui a eu ses heures de gloire pendant la Grande guerre! Une très belle photo.
