Hi, I am Barbara and live in Lincolnshire. I love nothing better than walking with my 3 dogs, (Large Munsterlanders) and taking the camera along. Iam afraid my photographic skills are not very good, I just point and click & hope for the best. Sometimes I do take some nice shots!!
I have lived with this breed since 1986, before that I had border collies. I was told when getting my first Munster, Jenna, I would become addicted and I sure was, owning 7 of this breed over the years.
Although Munsters are a working gundog, afraid I couldn't shoot anything, so we do other things like, showing, obedience and heelwork to music.
The girls are all different & I hope to show that in their pictures.
I would like to thank my good friend Janeeden for persuading me to get started.
Video's & songs for the girls can be seen on www.jendellas.com

I agree with you. People who sell should check out the buyers.

I agree with you, great capture!

Roadside Sale of Animals should be illegal!!! If they were sold, I hope they made it to a great home!!

I agree with you too Barbara, and feel so sorry that it is still happening these days. hugs and love xxxxxx

I see 2 pots in the one photo. Ouch! Looks like some of them are destined for dinner. A pity for such beautiful birds. But the person selling them probably had enough of their squawking. I understand that particularly geese are considerable loud mouths and incessant squawkers (experience: from the large pond in Malmö city park! Where are my ear plugs?!). I wonder what they're so talkative about? Keep up the good work! :-)

Very valid points you make about the selling and buying of these animals as pets. Seems like every Christmas and Easter, there's articles about the decision to buy animals as pets. Great captures

I also have to agree Barbara - our Everglades are overrun with Pythons and Boa Constrictors that parents thought would make great pets for junior. Once they start growing and are eying the cat - they get thrown out in a swamp and million birds to eat. Once they reach 10 to 12 feet long - they are eating the alligators. Humans will be next and a lot of neighborhoods are wondering why there are fewer dogs than the year before.

I agree completely. Selling on the roadside bypasses all the regulations put in place to protect the animals.
