Description
I began with a little bit of chopped bacon, then this and the eggs and on the top the crispy bacon and chopped chives. A piece of this on top of a slice rye-bread is delicious. Trust me :)
Have a beautiful day. We had heavy cloudburst this very early morning and now the sun is shining and everything is so refreshed and I dont have to water my flowers or the potatoes... BTW! I have taken potatoes from three plants and they were so good. :)

In order to make an omelet you have to break some eggs. That's what is normally said about making a sacrifice for the greater good. An excellent photo of the sumptuous repast, Helle. I've seen a lot of omelets in my time, but never one like this. It looks like a pile of little red peppers and string beans all stirred together. And, I would like bacon with mine…no chives though.
