BIO-HAZARD
Born in King's Cross,NSW Australia. My parent's were German and split up when I was 12 months old, unfortunately my Father died young, so what ! . I have liked drawing & painting for-ever. When I saw an Amiga 500 with a ray-traced juggler, I was hooked !!! I left High School then joined a Rock'n'Roll band and toured the East Coast of OZ as Road crew. Then I played Lead & Rhythm guitar in my own band's, EASTERN UNDERGROUND(Sydney), FLASHBACK (Noosa), SAXON DOG"S & STEEL RAIN (Gold Coast). I worked as a Cameraman at the Gold Coast Turf Club. And a lot of my "in-between" footage got beamed all over the Planet on Sky Channel, So if you're ever are in a TAB (betting agency Oz style) and see pic's of cloud's, pelican's or chick's tit's then you'll know, it was my footage ! I won a $5,000 scholarship for 3D Animation, at Silicon Studio's Training Center-Brisbane. Did a Multi-Media course at Kingscliff TAFE. Lightwave 8.5 is my choice of weapon, with Poser 6, Vue 6 Extreme and Zbrush 3. One day I will be doing 3D for a living...I hope ! You will find, that most of my art has a weird and twisted sense of humour to it, life's pretty straight without 'twisties' !
...Cheers fellow artists...Jeff :o)
UP-DATE:2011...WOOHOO...I made piccy of the day at E-on (Vue) and I'm stoked, my experimentation, persistance and learning new techniques paid off.

Yeah, we could use one of those Werewolf's here on our roads to scratch their cars ever so slightly, (or leave bite marks in their tyres) especially when driving behind them, doing only 40 km - in 60 km zone !!! YIKES, you need the patience of a Saint , when you really like to tell them : 'go with the program BRO' ... where was I ?
Nice Wolf Jeff - woof, woof ;))

I neglected to say in my last comment, all the best on your diploma! It sounds like it’s been a great deal of work. I regret that I know little about 3D, and even less about 3D animation. I can only presume what goes into it, in time, energy, patience, and of course, vision. I can, however, see an image like this in strictly visual terms. You capture lots of energy in the lines on your monster (wolfman maybe?) In his muscle lines and shadows. And in his lunging face. Fine detail on his mouth and tongue. And the position of the soldier (looks medieval) shows the impact of this attack. He too is positioned to show the impact of force. You put a slight glow around his sword, so that it would stand out...and fine lighting highlights on both. Fine detail on the rocks at bottom and right, too. And smoke rising up...and that castle turret in the background rising between the two combatants. It's all well composed, with the attacker largely in shadow, bringing his red gums and tongue into focus by contrast. Fine work, it conveys real action...All the best for the completion of your degree, and for your future in the field as well!
