Description

If he can afford the vehicle and the insurance he can afford the fine for parking in a loading bay. I missed a close-up of the obvious joy on the traffic warden's face! We had a local Pizzeria owner who ALWAYS parked directly outside his premises on double yellow lines and settled the fines monthly at the court. All very well, but the traffic often backed up round the obstruction he caused. Nowadays his limo would be towed or lifted away.

Great capture Andrea! it seems that for some people, that the rules were made for everyone but them and even if you are the politest being trying to point out the obvious, you get blasted back by their diatribe.

What a wonderful tableau. Important people with important things to do cannot be beholden to the peasantry. Still, if you can afford a Ferrari you can probably afford to hire people to move it for you. Won't own one but wouldn't mind taking it for a spin.
