Well i notice today a topic on the advertising pictures. I know i allowed by the past for some of my works, but i thought it was to do ads for artists. I'm not sure of this now. Then i checked all my pictures... and i discovered that many of those always on my gallery are "allowed" for ads. And for many never check the case. I removed these pictures, it's more simple. I'm sorry for my friends, because many were for them.

Ajoutons encore: je vais sur ma gallerie, et que ce soit par un nouvel onglet, une mise à jour de la page ou autre, hé bien cette image n'apparaît pas encore. La liste est-elle terminée?

Il a fallu que je fasse le constat pour qu'elle apparaisse enfin. Peut-être parce que le nombre de 'comms' était atteint? Le site est si 'mystérieux' maintenant pour rester polie.

Un bilan tres complet de tous les problemes de cette nouvelle version du site, visiblement cree sans tenir compte des artistes... c'est vrai, mais un certain nombre au moins de ces problemes seront resolus avec le temps, pas trop long j'espere! Et j'espere surtout que tous(toutes...) les artistes auront la patience d'attendre... :-)

Cmon, Don't you love the two massive advertisements next to your gallery image?
Rendo haven't cared for a long time, Which is the reason I stopped posting images and submitting products here.
I expressed some concerns over the direction renderosity was heading and it was made quite clear my opinion didn't matter one bit. Why do you think they dropped Community from the logo. You guys here in the galleries have just become a commodity to sell advertisements. Have fun but don't expect things to change a whole lot.

Coming here is not fun now. All the pages take too long to load. It's hard to find the pictures I want to see, and they made all the galleries look ugly. And why am I seeing advertisements for cars and other products that have nothing to do with computer art?

It is tragic to see a great website self-destruct. There were signs of decline here before, but this is extreme. I am deleting this site from my bookmarks.

Many things was better many no but I hope as soon as possible the new site will work appropriately.

I just tried to load a picture and all I get is the blank white page! This site cannot be fixed as far as I can see, it is sad!

Tu as plus que raison ! Mais ce boulot de recensement aurait du etre fait par l'equipe de Renderosity elle-meme ! On dirait que le navire n'a plus de pilote ! Silence total ! En plus, on teste son site avant de le mettre en ligne !!!!
hier j'ai recu un message me disant que mon opinion etait approuvee et lorsque je clique sur le lien, je tombe sur un lien brise : est-ce de la censure? Seuls une dizaines de commentaires ont ete publies sur la page "Renderosity Revolution" et certainement pas le mien qui etait assassin !
maintenant imagine la gestion du market place : nos donnees sont-elles en securite?

En effet, toujours pas ton comm Virginiese (ou même les 2) ni le mien. Il fallait bien qu'ils mettent en avant pour terminer un comm qui les encense.
La seule avancée que je vois, c'est que la barre en bas a disparue. Mais les grosses barres du haut sont toujours là.
L'année dernière déjà des artistes sont partis en juin, quand il y a eu des changements. L'alerte n'a pas suffit pour faire comprendre à renderosity.
Car non seulement ils refont des erreurs de l'année dernière, mais ils en font de nouvelles en plus! Alors s'il y a encore une vague de changements, le site sera totalement indisponible!
La seule réponse qu'on a tous obtenue hier soir au forum c'est "remain patient" (j'avais mis aussi la liste sur le forum). Pas d'excuses, rien.

Mais là, c'était vraiment la dernière image postée de ma part ici.
Je tenterais de voir qui a fait quoi dans la journée. Courage à ceux qui restent participer; il vous en faudra!

You have collected more bugs than I could figure out myself. But the sad thing, not all points on that list are bugs. A lot of this is done on purpose and I am afraid there is no going back. :-P

Really, the world of renderosity is strange. I removed the "like button", and i see here 1 like???Not a problem for this picture, but really, somthing don't work correctly on the site.
And have you see that now, we don't see what are the categories of a picture (2D, Poser, Daz, Bryce, Carrara...) until we look the thumbnail or go on the page of picture? That is another problem i think.

It's truly strange and the site is getting worse every year.
I wonder if there are people who need this change...no one, it's only the staff here!
I just hope everything will be settled down in the right way.

You forgot - clicking on the enlarge image magnifying glass gives a marginally larger image. Clicking to download the larger image gives a Flash window where the ONLY possibility to save the image is by saving the whole darned html page! The only save that works is on the first page without the enlargement. So, saving an image by your favorite artist equals to hell with image quality!

I agree with you Caty on every point you've raised . When you consider that avatars , whether in .jpg or .gif are simply not recognized , and avatars are for us a way to exist on this site , virtually speaking, It seems to me that the purpose of the site is no longer to promote creation , creativeness and art, but to advertise products, vendors and merchants with a view to save the boat before it capsizes in the ocean of oblivion.
Otherwise, the special letters of the French or German alphabets are still not taken into account...Just appalling !

I am very grateful for the time you have put into making this list because now I know what to expect, You have taken the lead and made it easier for others to follow (In cross country skiing this is call 'breaking trail'), thank you for your effort. For me the big problem is the 1000 character limit. At lease they didn't truncate existing stories - if they had I would already be gone!

I will give it some time and prefer to stay - I hope all my friends will also stay!

sounds about exactly right! like i mentioned in my poser gurlz post, this ship called renderosity cruise line just got broadsided by two torpedos, or something like that. unsure of my future her myself stated that in my recent. hope them e bots come back.
