Description
This old roller was made here in my home town of Chard in Somerset. It is no longer what it's cracked up to be !!

I remember something similar to this from my childhood used to flatten the earth prior to planting grass or laying down concrete. Nice capture. Good to see your still hanging in there. Something about that famous British resolve I guess.

We had one that was full of concrete to make it heavier.I think it was for tennis courts.
