It is a dirty festering jungle of concrete and steel, over run with poverty, disease, vermin, toxic waste, pollution and crime. It bubbles and churns up all manner of filth and depravity that lurks in the depths of the human psyche. Even the most vile and despicable that wonder these streets have learned the meaning of fear - when the hour is late, and the cackle of a strange bird of prey echoes out of the shadows - they know the hour of the Mocking Jay is at hand."
