Just saw the 2015 version of this movie classic and I have to say "THE ORIGINAL ONE IS THE BEST"
Created the screen image with with iRay frosted glass and V7 in the background using Sveva's Extreme iRay Lighting.

Oh man, that thumbnail you chose just gave me a chill! lol Great render to set the mood for next month! I have the original on dvd and agree.. The new one looked overdone..

your thumbnail looked like the old image...but this is a modern one. Like JC_744, the thumbnail gave me a chill too. I zoom everything, so no worries there, and zoomed you have lots of scintillating detail, including the stark contrasts of that white---esp in the screen and the girl's dress or nightgown---with all that gold-brown, brown and other hues. (Nice amber beiges as harmony with your browns.) Nice angle too, not a head-on view, but slightly angled, to draw us in more and reveal more light. I really like the light on that left speaker (our left). (Plus, those are pretty nice speakers.) Fine use of the bay window. I remember the first film, never saw any other, and you have the strange sense of wonder and fear in the girl and in the image in the screen. Spooky...against a fine piece of interior design...
