Description

A Greenbottle, Luclilia caesar, on Golden Rod, Solidago virgurea, in my garden. Although these flies are very common they are still a source of wonder to me.

Oooh, shiny! Animals often show me their backsides. I always assume it is a commentary on my photographic skills. A cracking shot, colorful and sharp.
