Description
Please give me feedback.
I was not very satisfied of my Marlboro scene, so I open my favorite raytracer and modified it.
------------------------------
This one illustrates what I DO like with Bryce: play with Terrain editor and map the result with textures made in Photoshop.
------------------------------
The airplane was added in Photoshop, and some noise too, in order to give a kind of "old photo" look.

This is great! I'm impressed.

Great, grungy scene. It's great. One nit: the texture on the newspaper thingy in the lower left corner doesn't work. The rest is wonderful.

You can almost step out in it. Great image.

Absolutely blinkin' gorgeous (in an ugly way!). It just conveys everything about suburban hell. Reminds me of parts of Limerick, actually ;))

Excellent work! So where did the vehicles come from?

This feels more like nostalgia rather than real world, aint knockinit, thats just fine by me, but if this was set in the here an now every one would be gazing at the white van looking to catch a glimpse of a high velocity rifle protruding from its window...........!! ;-)

Have to agree about the Newspaper stand! Apart from that, its a great piece! ...and you even have McDonalds... :)
Poppi

^^ Here 's the story about the newspaper... Just before posting I remember of a comment made by mboncher about my Marlboro render:"...very 70's feel to it. The only point of trivia is that USA Today wasn't around then,...". Too late! Since the render took me a couple of hours, I decided to quickly add a new sign in a 2D job... Too fast job it seems ^^ Thanx for viewing and commenting (vehicules came from 3dcafe.com: once again thanks to you, anonymous (?) authors of these great meshes)

Fantastic Scene, You have 2 cars going the wrong way on a one way street. :)
silune
eh eh you have 2 lanes: one before and one after the phone line ^_^ but we can't see it, I should add a "turn right only" sign.

Quel succ!!!!

Father: Hey, isn't that OJ in the white car? Kids: Are we there yet? Wife: I can see our house from here! Cool picture, has that frozen in time look. Well done.

it has a big sky feeling. maybe a mushroom cloud would say it all. it's a tour of force!

Stumbled across this image, and must say it is mighty impressive. Very original piece of work, not like the usual stuff done with Bryce.
