Description

My usual Bryce/Photoshop voodoo. Floor is all terrain, no bump map. Thanks to Vile for pointing out this great vase, and to 3D Strike for making it! A wireframe & untextured version of this pic (including the floor) is in the Bryce forum at: http://www.renderosity.com/messages.ez?ForumID=107&Form.ShowMessage=918396

No, no bump. I didn't load one. Made it look far too...bumpy. And, took away from the reflection. The terrain was made to emulate the texture is all.

At first I thought this was a fake,.Posted as a render, but realy a photo. What made me think so was the reflection around the vase it looks like the vase is in some kind of gazebo or windowed room.I actually went so far as to go to 3d strikes free stuff to see if the vase realy existed. That proved my first thought wrong, and I apologize for my disbelief. This is an A+ in my book! Great job on this and very beautiful render!

I see your using your new lighting technique very well. The vase looks absolutely real; although the floor could use less colors. Its pictures like these i would like to see more of. Good work. - James

The reflexions on the vase, that is crucial in the image I think. Very nice. Are the tiles terrains? I like the ground too. Well done!!!
