Special Notes: More visualization for the story. The Tuwan's are the ruling class on Atan. Yesterdays image was called Abandoned Grawel Settlement. A Grawel settlement (the word was shortened over thousands of years from 'Gravity Well Settlement'. A Grawel Settlement is a temperory hole in the ocean caused by the planets unusual orbit between twin suns. A gravity well might last a few days, or centuries. Some of the wealthier settlements have been living in their Grawel for over six hundred years. Such long term gravity wells are unusual, most only lasting around thirty years. The very few bits of land above the surface of the ocean on Atan are held by the Tuwans. There is only one true source of wealth on Atan--ownership of a boat. Owning a boat is the only assurance a family line might continue when a Grawel collapses.
