Description
Captured 5/9/15 @ 11:34 am, at the large cacti section of the beautiful Fullerton Arboretum, adjacent to the beautiful California State University Fullerton campus, in beautiful Fullerton, California.
A ZOOM is highly recommended.
Grab a hefty armful of this highly concentrated needle variety, and it's off to the emergency room you go.
Shalom.

You've turned this cluster of cacti into an outstanding abstract. Well seen & captured...

I'm just back for a couple of comments tonight, Harry, as I'm trying to visit everyone tonight (with a couple of comments in each gallery). I couldn't resist this. I agree with Claude, it's an outstanding abstract. And I agree with everyone else too. Your crop puts us right into the middle of it all, there's no end to the array. And even if this is a small area in reality (I don't know if it is or isn't), it seems to go on forever because of your intense smack-dab-in-the-middle-crop. Love the prickly fingers everywhere, and the harsh 'white' they cast on all the greens: It's almost dizzying.
Fine seeing and postwork, to bring home how endless and perilous cacti can be. And no, I wouldn't be likely to jump in there head first, or give it a big fat hug: I'd be in traction for weeks. Terrific capture, Harry. Quite intense, almost giddy.
