This photo could appear in the dictionary as an illustration under the word "dilapidation". I usually don't like to see photos on a tilt, but in this case it adds to the feeling of chaos & disorder. And I like the irony of the sign on the wall that reads "CLEAN UP KEEP CLEAN"...

I had no choice as I used the broken glass as close to center as I could

There's always something sad about derelict buildings... so much history untold.... nice sets of shots of this building.

so this is what this place looks like inside! And, with Claude, I really like the "Clean Up/Keep Clean" signs. (There are two.) And it has a few modern objects in it---one would expect to see old wooden tables, some old bottles of Scotch, some dice, plus an old cot and maybe a pair of spurs. I really like your light here; and your pov lets the ceiling hover over us, in all its broken-up decay. Really glad you showed us this, it's a real inside view. (When I was in college, I lived in places that looked way too much like this to admit. When I lived in Manhattan, our flat made this interior look like a fine hotel. The cockroaches knew us by first name, and they read the New York Times. I'd have been right at home here, back then...) What an array of junk this place has...Wonderful shadow-bathed shot.
