My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

This is such a visual adventure! No wonder you took so many photos, I should be doing the same It's still amazing to think what a huge variety of structures and textures can be produced by heating and cooling rock!

I love this.... so many varieties, colors, textures and details to explore in this fascinating lava collage... nicely done!

I'm sure any of these could have stood alone & made a very interesting geological abstract, but I understand your reluctance to post them that way. I'll definitely pay a visit if I find myself in Idaho again...

Wow! I love this. This is just a fabulous example of nature's ways. Fascinating shapes, lines and details. It is interesting how different they all look. Great presentation.
