Gorgeous artwork - I love archers!!!
(Your work is beautiful - there are a few technical issues with bow and arrow that are easy to fix, Not really important for artwork but if you are interested read on.)
I've had these same problems and I scaled the bow up until the string reached (you may also need to take the morph beyond 100%). It is already a beautiful scene but to make is look technically perfect the arrow should be in the figure tips and it is too short. Scaled it up in length only until the point is forward of bow and the shaft should rest on the hand and be on the other side of the bow. If you read this far I hope this helps - have a good day!)

A lovely render!!! She is a great looking elf. I really like the outfit that she is wearing..It certainly makes a change from the many renders that portray elves in a scanty bikini which doesn't suit them at all.
