used - waterworks plaugin for white shorewaves I wanted to create the feeling u are on the highest top off a waterfall.. where it goes straight down afterwards =) anyways t4v

Maybe shorewaves are a bit too strong. But using terrain limits like this is really a great idea ! You deserve a "Great" only for this idea, and also for the surface map.

Nice picture. You've given me an idea, but feel free to use it yourself - a similar map, but with more "rock" islands. Render two pics - one with the plugin and one without. Post process and blend in the plugin on the down-stream side of the rocks, so it looks like the rocks are generating the foam/surf/whatever.

indeed nice waves, but at the bottom of the pic it doesnt look like water no more, maybe too high settings, maybe its me, still nice going man,...
