Description
Just a closer look and that gave me more colors. Guess some of it was clounds. Gave it a bit of posterize to define the hues. Still just hand hold camera.

Neat photo Helle. Like the posterization effect.
We went outside last night and were able to see the moon rising with a big "bite" out of its left side. Problem for us was about 9/10's of the sky was occluded with dark clouds. The rising moon soon disappeared and we didn't get to see the full eclipse.

It must have been moonglow, way up in the blue, it must have been moonglow, that let you take this shot...
Big and bright, just like a big pizza pie! It looks so much like an abstract that it seems like you postworked this fine foto with a filter, Helle, Pretty good for a hand held pic.
