Description

top: deep fried vodka martini bottom: deep fried oreo they freeze the vodka til it is gelled and then coat it with batter then deep fry it till golden brown. when bitten into, the center is liquid. the oreo is battered and fried and coated with powdered sugar; it is best eaten hot. thanks for looking and commenting!

They do this at the TX state fair and hand out an award for the newest and most unusual fried food. They both sound good!

opulent looking stuff! I'd never heard of a deep fried drink before---and a martini yet. It's probably delicious. As for the oreo, it looks like the ultimate in a sweet snack. Succulent shots, and they're making me hungry. (I recently spent a morning with some friends of friends---from Russia. And at 8:15 in the morning, they took out Vodka and told me to drink. I don't drink a lot to begin with--but at 8:15 in the morning? The biggest guy said, "It make HAIR from your chest!" ((He meant it'll grow hair on your chest, but he was from Kiev...)) Heavy way to start the day...) Fun and mouth watering shots.
