Given its location, I can imagine some of the locals describing it as "gnarly, dude." It's beautiful and fascinating in its twistedness. Great shot!

The tree is wonderful and primal. And your treatment is something from before the Flood, some paradise-like place like an Eden or something like that. Wonderful golden-red-brown hues, and backed by those yellow-greens of the trees. And your composition tilts a bit, giving it a certain 'rush'. With light on that tree that makes it dominate. You caught the tree's detail so that we feel its gnarly-ness. (Lol, tara, "gnarly, dude".) A red-glowing vision of a very primal tree. Electric.
