Description
After a selfie in front of this painting : Courbet, La Falaise d'Etretat après l'orage, 1870, here is a new one in front of this other painting : Cabanel, Naissance de Vénus, 1863.
Of course it's my imaginary representation of the Museum of Orsay, in reality the guards would quickly intervened to prevent this.

They will only see themselves and not the art! So what's the point? They could take their selfies in the bathroom mirror. But it's a biting commentary on today's ego-tripping generation - I'M more interesting than the art. Very well made image. I can just hear the alarm bells ringing and the running feet of the guards! Keep up the good work! :-)

I've seen scenes almost like this one at museums. Not a selfie, exactly, but someone posing so that Van Gogh's sunflowers are their backdrop while they pout for a friend's photo.
