Wonderful image with a great perspective.

-4.....-3.......-2....-1....... and go to the sky!!!!!!!! That iv the fiirt impression to me. And in effect what is a temple is not more than the best vehicle to go to God !! For this reason I think that this photo is really a great image

forgive me for only doing photos today---I'm just in the mood for them. I'll get to your 3D next time. I"ve found---in both photos as well as drawing and painting---that head-on views are tough, because they can lack nuance and drama, and can inhibit as much as inspire. As a result, I try to do them for that very reason---ie, to get past the "hump" that they present to me. (I'm not the only artist who feels this about head-on views.) Your photo here is a perfect example of conquering the challenges: It's clear, it's monumental (even though the zoom isn't that big), it has generous light and shadow, and it has wonderful textures in the bricks, the shingles, the various windows, the steeple roof, etc. And the statue in front---I assume St. Peter---is a wonderful frontal accent of white against all that red and brown. Terrific capture, Richard. With enough ground in front of it to set it apart.
