Description

The fight with Razor is quick and decisive, and I don't come out on top. the battle costs me...dearly. I feel like an idiot, I rely on my armor too much instead of my skills, and Razor took advantage of that, he really did his homework and I'm lucky to be alive. Had it not been for the spellcasting ability granted by my sword I'd be dead. I escape to the Lillun's bridge but my wounds are too great and I lose consciousness. I awaken in the Med Bay with a worried Moonshadow whodidn't use her power to heal me oddly enough, and a Medic clone tending to my injuries. "High Justiciar, don't move just stay still. It's going to take time to recover." "What happened?" "You were badly injured, by powerful magic." "Why am I reading a new interface? It says Prosthetic status." "Your arm, was missing when you arrived on the bridge, we assume you lost it in your battle. Whatever magic affected you has made regeneration impossible and we're not able to make a synthetic replacement either." "Gods Damn you Razor!" Among elves is it very shameful to have prosthetics of any kind it demonstrates profound stupidity and is viewed with ridicule...I'll make Razor pay for this. But I can't help but wonder what magic could prevent regeneration? My thought is interrupted by the song of an angel..and instantly I am at ease. "Relax darling, the doctor has done exemplary work and you'll be on your feet within a day." "Moonshadow, how did you...?" "You are someone important to me and I always know when those I care about are in danger or when they are seriously hurt. I tried to heal you myself but the magic was just too powerful...even for me. I'm just glad your doctor was one of my father's medics." "Yeah the entire crew was a gift from him, in payment for a job." "I know all about the Infinity-Man incident. Father ordered us to stay out of it." "What the hell kind of magic stops divine power? I thought mortal magics were nothing compared to yours." "This magic is not mortal. Who did this to you? What happened exactly?" I rundown the whole thing and Moonshadow comes up with a brilliant idea: We run the data from my scanners and discover that the magic on Razor's sword is definitely divine...Goodbye arm. As soon as I get out of here I'm going to turn every resource available to this little problem and Razor will see me again. And next time i won't underestimate him.

thanks I appreciate it. I try to make the charactersas original as possible and very often i simply repurpose models and reshade them or retexture. hoping this series can get picked up or possibly I can publish it myself.
